How do I know you’ll be a good fit for my project?
We offer a free 30-minute consultation where we can discuss the issues you’re facing and figure out how to address them. This is important, as we’ll be working closely in order to really get to know you and your offerings. If further brainstorming and strategy sessions are needed to get a better scope of your project, those can be booked individually as well. From there, I’ll send you an intake questionnaire to get down to the nitty-gritty. I will then create a customized detailed proposal that we will review to ensure a solution for all your needs.
How quickly can you get started?
Lead times vary, though we generally have some availability to get started on brainstorming and research within a couple of weeks of reaching out.
How long does the process take?
Depending on the complexity of your project, it may take a couple of weeks to a couple of months. Simple print materials or digital assets created for an already-established brand might only take 1–2 weeks once scheduled, while a complete branding and identity package may take up to 8 weeks or longer. Desired timelines and turnaround will be discussed and decided upon before moving forward. Contracts will detail milestone check-ins for review and comments.
